Sobriety Requirement - 6 months
Open the doors and prepare the meeting room
Lead the meeting
Ensure the meeting space is cleaned up
Close up the room and lock the door
Sobriety Requirement - 2 years & working knowledge of the Twelve Traditions
Safeguard the groups money
Disbursements of group funds & Establish a Prudent Reserve
Provide Treasurer Reports for Group Business Meetings
Open / manage the group bank account
No Sobriety Requirement
Arrives 20 minutes early to meeting to make coffee and hot water for tea.
Replenish and purchase coffee, tea and half & half as needed. Submit receipt to the group treasurer for reimbursement.
Each group will provide requirements for their meetings.
Welcome AA members & visitors at the front door when they come to a meeting.
For larger meetings, the spiritual timekeeper ensures that sharing is limited to 3-5 minutes each.
