The CSC exists to fulfill the fellowships primary purpose: to carry the message to the still-suffering alcoholic. It coordinates operational services that support the local San Juan County AA community in harmony with the Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts. Our committee acts as a trusted servant body, never governing, but always accountable to the groups it serves.
The CSC’s sole purpose is to support the still sick and suffering alcoholic and to support the local AA community on San Juan Island. These often fall out of the purview of the individual meeting groups such as literature, website, community outreach and administrative responsibilities.
